My Role

As a dedicated professional, I have successfully delivered exceptional customer technical support to high-end customers with a deep understanding of TCP/IP, VoIP, Contact Center, and other business solutions. With my extensive knowledge and expertise in these fields, I have consistently ensured a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining strong and positive customer relationships.

 

I have displayed:

  • Technical proficiency in IP, and VoIP networks with technologies such as:
    • BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF in routing protocols
    • Spanning Tree, Vlans, in L2 Switching
    • Redundancy protocols such as HSRP
    • SIP, TDM, and contact center in VoIP networks
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving skill that served me in analyzing network configurations, identifying bottlenecks or performance issues, and implementing effective solutions through snmp tools, command and troubleshooting techniques, graphical tools, etc.

Results

This helped me achieve high-end customer satisfaction while working with the biggest companies in the LATAM region. I frequently maintained positive and strong relationships through my strong verbal and written communication and my timely and efficient support.
